There are always many and varied jobs to do in theatre - it isn’t all about being on stage in the limelight. Lots of us lurk in the shadows of backstage and create the magic of sound, lighting, set design and the spiriting away of props between scenes. Others man the bar, do refreshments, make sure all the paperwork is in order to keep everyone in the company safe, others toil on social media and marketing, box office and a myriad of other things that keep us all on our toes.
